Alex Vahabzadeh

Managing Partner

Mr. Vahabzadeh is a Managing Partner at Beaumont, where he leads the firm’s private equity strategies.

From 2009 to 2013, Mr. Vahabzadeh was the Co-Founder and President of Safanad, a global principal investment firm that has executed on approximately $10 billion of transaction value across the healthcare, education, industrial, data center, and real estate sectors.

From 1994 to 2009, Mr. Vahabzadeh was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the BV Group, which built a significant portfolio of private equity and real estate holdings in the US, Europe, and Asia.

Mr. Vahabzadeh has developed several successful real estate operating platforms and led the aggregation of $1+ billion portfolios of assets in the specialized sectors of government leased office buildings and healthcare real estate facilities.

Over the past 25 years, Mr. Vahabzadeh has also led investments in over 100 private equity transactions and funds. In addition, he has served on the advisory board of several venture capital and corporate buyout funds in which his group is an investor.

Mr. Vahabzadeh holds a BBA in International Business from George Washington University.

Ray Wirta

Managing Partner

Mr. Wirta is a Managing Partner at Beaumont, where he leads the firm’s real estate strategies.

Mr. Wirta served as the Chairman of CBRE Group from 2014 to 2018. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of CBRE Group from 1997 to 2005. CBRE is the largest real estate services company in the world with current annual revenues of $23 billion and 100,000 employees in 60 countries. Mr. Wirta was also at the Irvine Company from 2010 to 2019, the last two years as President. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Wirta was President of The Koll Company, a significant developer of office and industrial real estate. Mr. Wirta continues to play an active role at the Koll Company as its current CEO. Mr. Wirta is also Chairman of both Arrimus Capital and MODIV REIT.

Mr. Wirta holds a BA in economics from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA in International Management from Golden Gate University.

Ronald Beau

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Beau is CFO of Beaumont Partners and has over 20 years of extensive experience in Swiss and international accounting, finance, legal and tax matters. Mr. Beau manages all legal and corporate structuring for Beaumont.

Mr. Beau started his career with Elf Aquitaine as a tax lawyer and was elected group representative for Switzerland during the French privatization of public companies in 1993. He was also appointed Head of the International EICP in 1996.

Mr. Beau was then with Vivendi Universal as General Counsel, and later joined Arthur Andersen in 1999 as Head of Tax & Legal Private Client Services for Swiss Romande. In 2002, Mr. Beau founded BEAU HLB, one of the leading fiduciary service providers in Switzerland.

In addition, he sits on the boards of various major firms in the wealth management and private estate planning industries. Mr. Beau holds a Master of Law from the University of Geneva.

Teymour Vahabzadeh

Partner

Mr. Vahabzadeh is a Partner at Beaumont, where he focuses on the origination, structuring, and execution of complex investments across real estate, hospitality, and emerging technology platforms.

Mr. Vahabzadeh is actively involved in a broad range of Beaumont’s investments in real estate equity and credit, venture capital, and corporate private equity transactions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Vahabzadeh led business development for RW Holdings, a fund which aggregated a portfolio of commercial real estate assets across the United States and additionally led sales for MVSATX, a holding company which managed a significant land assemblage in Texas.

Mr. Vahabzadeh previously served as a Director at EVO Montreal, where he led business development and marketing for a student housing platform in Montreal. He began his career in investment research and real estate roles in New York and internationally, including positions with the Tristar Group, Relationship Science, Miles Howland & Co, and Shaza Hotels.

Mr. Vahabzadeh holds a degree in Management and International Business from the University of London.

Dylan Marcoot

Vice President

Mr. Marcoot is a Vice President at Beaumont Partners, where he leads the firm’s due diligence and closing functions. 

Mr. Marcoot has, over the course of his career, overseen the closing and documentation of real estate transactions totaling in excess of $5 billion.

Prior to joining Beaumont Partners, Mr. Marcoot was a Associate Vice President of Originations at a venture-backed multifamily real estate investor for four years and was directly responsible for over 15 closed investments during that span.

Mr. Marcoot began his career with IDS Real Estate Group, where he was responsible for underwriting that firm’s institutional acquisition pipeline for one of the country’s largest public pension funds.

Mr. Marcoot graduated with a degree in Economics, Accounting, and Finance from Claremont McKenna College.

James Riordan

Senior Advisor

Mr. Riordan is a Senior Advisor at Beaumont Partners and has over 30 years experience in the areas of institutional investment and operations management.

His experience includes being Managing Member of Criterion Holdings, LLC, former (interim) Chief Operating Officer of GLP Development and former Principal with Lubert-Adler Partners, L.P., a Philadelphia-based family of real estate opportunity investment funds.

With Lubert-Adler, Mr. Riordan had overall responsibility for investment management, acquisitions, and strategic planning for the funds’ portfolio holdings in the greater Baltimore region, along with select investments in Virginia, Florida, New England, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey.

He directed, conceived and managed several specialized investment platforms, including transit village assemblages. Additionally, he acquired and disposed of over 15,000 multifamily units in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor between 2002 and 2012.

Before joining Lubert-Adler in 2002, Mr. Riordan was Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager with LaSalle Investment Management (successor to Alex. Brown Kleinwort Benson Realty Advisors), a global real estate investment advisor, and focused on separate account management, with a specialty in national, core and value-add industrial and office mandates.

Prior to that, he was a Limited Partner with LCOR, Inc. (formerly The Linpro Company), where he specialized in industrial, flex and office properties in Delaware and New Jersey.  He also worked for the Capital Markets Group of Chemical Bank and the investment banking firm of L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin. Mr. Riordan holds a BA from Hamilton College.

Joe Mansour

Senior Advisor

Mr. Mansour is a Senior Advisor at Beaumont Partners and has owned, developed and operated income-producing properties in California, Missouri and Texas.

He is also the Founder of Accord Interests, LLC (formerly Accord Group). His primary focus is identification of new development opportunities and implementation of such developments. He is intimately involved in all aspects from project conceptualization, design, finance, and management implementation.

Prior to forming Accord, Mr. Mansour practiced law with Pillsbury, Madison and Sutro and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in California. His practice areas included real estate, corporate restructure and bankruptcy.

Mr. Mansour graduated with honors from University of Missouri, and with honors and Order of the Coif from Washington University School of Law.

Robert Barron

Senior Advisor

Mr. Barron is a Managing Director at Beaumont Partners.

Mr. Barron is a principal of Barron Enterprise, a company that provides diverse real estate development, acquisition and management services. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer for 25 years of Enterprise Real Estate Services, Inc. and Enterprise Development Company, an affiliated company founded by James W. Rouse in 1981.

Mr. Barron has participated in the development of over 120 commercial projects valued at $6 billion and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (based in Washington D.C., Hong Kong, and London) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (based in New York City).

Mr. Barron holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a MS in Finance from Loyola College. He is also a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Richard Spikerman

Senior Advisor

As a Senior Advisor, Mr. Spikerman brings over 45 years of global, board-level, business experience at both public and privately held major industrial and financial companies to Beaumont.

From 2000 until he retired in 2015, Mr. Spikerman provided advisory and consulting services to large, privately-held companies in a variety of industries – ranging from private equity firms and financial institutions to natural resources-based and technology-based companies in the US, Europe and the Middle East. He often served as a member of the board of his clients’ companies, including, at one stage, as Chairman of the Board of one of the world’s largest privately-held industrial holding companies.

Prior to 2000, Mr. Spikerman was a banker. From 1979 until 2000, he was a member of the Board Executive Committees of Republic National Bank of New York and Safra-Republic Holdings, where he had responsibility for its international banking activities – including its 35 foreign offices. From 1976 to 1979 he was Vice President and Manager at Wells Fargo Bank International in New York. From 1968 until 1976 he was at American Fletcher National Bank (now part of JPMorganChase Bank) where he established and managed its Luxembourg bank and served as Deputy Manager of its Geneva-based Swiss bank.

He is an Honorary Life Member of the Bankers Association of Finance and Trade of the American Bankers Association. He is a Chevalier de la Court du Couronne du Chene of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. While based in New York, he served as board member of a number of Dutch-American and Luxembourg-American social, business and charitable organizations.

Mr. Spikerman, a native of The Netherlands and now residing in Naples, Florida, holds a BS in Business from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana as well as an Executive MBA from the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management in London, England.

Krisztina Hanko

Executive Assistant

Ms. Hanko is an Executive Assistant at Beaumont Partners, where she supports the firm’s senior leadership across a range of operational, administrative and logistical functions. Since joining the firm in 2014, she has been responsible for managing complex international travel and executive schedules, coordinating inbound meetings and communications, and overseeing the day-to-day administrative requirements of a fast-paced international investment environment. In her role, she acts as a central point of coordination between the firm’s leadership, external partners and service providers, ensuring the efficient organisation of executive priorities and commitments.

In addition to executive coordination, Ms. Hanko oversees global travel logistics and vendor relationships, supporting the efficient execution of international travel and accommodation arrangements while safeguarding company resources and operational continuity. She also manages access to the firm’s senior leadership and coordinates a broad range of inbound engagements and external communications

She was previously an Assistant Relationship Manager at Falcon Private Wealth Ltd., assisting high net worth corporate and private clients with compliance and KYC requirements.

Ms. Hanko holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Minor in German Language from The University of Surrey.
